But it also has a powerful rejuvenating effect, as it fights sagging skin thanks to its high content of beta-glucans, a subgroup of carbohydrates that help fight free radicals. To make a face mask, mix a tablespoon of oatmeal (not instant) with tablespoons of plain yogurt and a tablespoon of honey. Apply this mixture on your face and leave it for five minutes. Remove it with lukewarm water. Leaf’s skin soft, with a more youthful appearance.

    4. Orange, a gentle exfoliator. A way to exfoliate the skin that also leaves it with a delicate citrus scent? Very easy! You only have to cut an orange into wedges. After showering or enjoying a long and relaxing bath, squeeze a little orange juice on each part of the body and gently massage it into the skin. This works thanks to the natural alpha-hydroxy acids that this delicious fruit contains.

    5. Strawberries for a white smile. If you want to have a dazzling smile without applying whitening strips or receiving a treatment (very expensive!) At your dentist's office, this natural method removes stains on your teeth. Crush a ripe strawberry and toss it with ½ teaspoon of baking soda. Apply the mixture with a toothbrush and leave it for five minutes. Afterward, brush with your regular toothpaste. Repeat it once a week… and you won't be able to stop smiling.

    6. Natural rays with lemon. If you want to brighten your hair without having to go to the beauty salon, remember that lemon has bleaching effects. Add ¼ cup (2 ounces) of lemon juice to ¾ cup (6 ounces) of water and rinse your hair with that mixture. Apply some leave-in conditioner and sit in the sun until your hair is dry. Don't forget to use sun protection for the rest of your body! For added lighting, wear it once a day for a week.

    7. Milk to relax your feet. Alas, your poor feet! Every day they support the full weight of your body, while you walk here and there, exercise or use the stairs. One way to thank them for their support is to soak them in a soothing milk bath. The formula is very simple: pour 4 cups (1 liter) of warm whole milk, two tablespoons of Epsom salt and six drops of your favorite aromatic essential oil, such as sandalwood or lavender, into a container. Then immerse your feet for 20 minutes and close your eyes. Ahhhhh ...

    8. Tea bags to remove bags under the eyes. If you have puffy or puffy eyes under the lower eyelid, grab two bags of non-decaffeinated tea. Soak them in hot water, let them cool (to increase the effect, put them in the refrigerator for a few minutes) and place them under the lower lids. Natural caffeine helps shrink blood vessels and reduce inflammation.

    9. Honey to cleanse your skin. If you want to use one of nature's gentlest but most effective cleaners, check out our friends the bees.
